A person in another forum already tried to reach out to them through phone calls and web form but has had no luck yet.

Hopefully, we can get an answer soon.
I believe they can take longer if required based on the fact that the times they give are only average ones.
What caught my attention is that some other people with random dates for submission have already received an answer.

i have reached out to OINP via call and they have stated that the processing time for our application has been extended to 30 more days and the website should reflect that later some time. if and so the processing time has been crossed beyond 150 days you can raise a web form requesting for an update.
if you application is in DIP it means your case file has been assigned to a person. so lets hope we get it by End of this month.
