Hi everyone,

I got my bc pnp ee nomination on 19 July 2018. My pgwp expires on 18 October 2018. Earlier I had read somewhere that if your work permit is expiring in less than 180 days then I need to inform Cic but after I got my nominition now I don't see that written anymore on my nomination certificate or the work permit support letter they sent. But I remember reading somewhere earlier about this. I have already filed my federal application Aor July 30. Do I need to inform anyone regarding work permit expiring or just wait till October and extend my work permit then before it expires? Please advise.

I think you shud apply for work permit support letter from BC so that u can get work permit extended before it expires

I already have a work permit support letter which I got with my nomination. But I'm planning to apply for extension of my work permit somewhere in October near my pgwp expiry date. My question is do I need to inform cic right now that my work permit will expire in October? I already filed my federal application but never mentioned that there.

If u can get ur work permit renewed before its expiry date then I don’t think u need to inform them or if u feel that you won’t get that done within time then you must inform them ...

u should have create an ee profile then create the pnp profile. coz u have to enter ur profile and job code in ur pnp profile.

I’m a cook in a restaurant and my employer intend to support my application.. my manager completed the

job offer form
Business Licese
Interior health permit to operate
Employment letter
Recommendation letter

But he said he doesn’t have the certificate of incorporation. Can the interior health permit to operate suffice the certificate of incorporation or is there a way I could get it from Service BC.

You should check the Open Bridging Work Permit (OBWP). You can have it extended if your documents for PR are in the process of being reviews

now question is i got ITA and in 2 days my ielts test is going to expire, if in submission i send new result its going to effect anything ?
few consultants saying you can apply with same ITA, i got ITA on 830points so with my new results my scores is 813!! so i should submit with same ITA?
