Because if someone submitted on 10th of May means that person is on the way to 100 days, which is the upper limit provided by the oinp for the processing time.

Yes that makes sense I think early submissions should expect nominations soon

I hope this is the case because there is still a long road to go after getting ONIP nominations. Hopefully ONIP does not delay their decision further.

sorry for asking a bit late. my NOI was May 8, submitted on the same date, and now my status is DIP since late July. My EE will expire tomorrow. May I ask whether I should click withdraw profile and submit a new one today? or I should submit EE tomorrow when the current one expires? What I should do to submit to OINP office? Submitted on 14th April... They are religiously following submission dates to give nominations.. Good thing is they have finally reached April 06th applications today... Hoping for nomination by the end of week...
