1. Do i need to create a separate OINP profile for Human Capital Priorities Stream or OINP automatically picks from the federal pool of express entry applicants.
2. How much is the minimum CRS score needed for Human Capital Priorities Stream.

1. If you have an EE profile, pick Ontario.
2. Scores depend on your CRS score and whether NOC is selected. Check OINP page for draws.

Hi, on 6th feb'24 I have received a NOI from Ontario under health care sector, but my noc code is not listed in the draw. I am not able to understand if they have issued a noi then why my noc code is not listed in the draw. And should I apply or not because of this? anyone's assistance will be helpful.

I have received NOI today that is 6th feb 2024. I have applied under Employer Job offer international student stream but today the draw was only released for Human Capital Priorities stream. Can someone help me explain how this works and what should be next steps. Am i getting NOI for human Capital stream? Does my file go under PNP?

No job offer required through HCP which is through EE.

CEC is not relevant.EE- HCP is not a job offer stream.

Job letter stating time worked, salary, responsibilities and paystubs/bank statements.

You would have to read the OINP - HCP requirements. You also need to check if your NOC and CRS score are selected.
