Yeah from what I saw in the tracker, people got DIP on June 30 haven't turned in to nominated idk why it takes so long

Sorry but its not necessary it will happen that way. I think it works on the basis of total number of days elapsed. I could be wrong but thats what I have noticed from previous nominations on immitracker.

I submitted my application on May 24th 2023 but it has not been assessed yet. Status remains "Submitted" since there.

I have a few questions regarding the NOI application:

1. Will OINP call for an interview regarding the authenticity of the application?
2. My previous employer has denied me a reference letter. Will a no dues form, ITA, ID card, and a few bank slips suffice?
3. Will they call my employer too? I am worried if the employer denies me as they had a very negative and rude response when I requested the reference letter (they are also withholding my pay for a few months).

I appreciate any guidance you can provide on these matters.

I dont think you can replace reference letter with blank slips or others.
Maybe if you have a detailed offer letter like with your responsibilities and stuff you should use it with a LOE. (This is my opinion though)

2. Nothing is more important than your verification of employment letter. You don't have to obtain the letter from your former direct manager/HR; you may ask a coworker or someone senior to you to sign it. Only your duties matter.
You need to have your financial documents to support your employment application COMPLETELY to ease any concerns.

3. If you ask your coworker or a friendly senior manager to vouch for you, whether there is a phone call for verification wouldn't be a problem for you then.

For me i think for May 5th NOI we shouldnt bother about nomination this month we should be looking from Mid August and above

For me I think it can happen earlier depends on the case file officer I think. Thats my thought.

Also, another reason I think is because on March 29 there was a no program specified draw

OINP did March 10 draw from 479 - 489 so basically only 479 and 480 ones are sticking with OINP. I do not think anyone would be dumb enough to continue with OINP rather than EE above 481. Which means they would not be having a lot of March 10 files. This is my theory, I could be wrong.
