There is no notification from OINP when status changes untill when they approve your application. You have to check by yourself (this can be your expectation: ideally 22 days average for status change to assessment from submitted and vary case to case).

From Assessment to DIP - no timeline but can expect 2-3 weeks and rest around 4-6 weeks for final decision (approval/rejection) so in total after submission, it's around 12 weeks process -3 weeks for assessment; 2-3 weeks for DIP and rest for final decision!!!

Hope this helps you to set right expectations as checking every hour won't help live a quality life!!

It's better to check daily I know it's mostly for no reason but just incase they need additional information
