the lower end score of 425 is only for health, for Technology the the range was 470ish

I received OINP in Health.

Congratulations. Can you tell me if you received your points first, or did you have to check your status in the portal. I've seen many people here who got their 600 points on the IRCC Portal before their OINP profile getting updated.

you get a mail first in your ircc portal before oinp site. If you accept, you will get 600 points

Thats true many times it happens before oinp ircc recieve nomination letter
