I have one question - I got NOI from Ontario and I have submitted my application and that is in-progress but unfortunately my work permit is going to expire next month. Can I leave Canada and once I get the nomination and eventually PR, I will come back to Canada.
Is this the right option?

you can change your status to visitor. hopefully, before your visitor status expires you will receive a nomination and work permit support letter. do flagpole and get your permit.
Hi can anyone help my situation . My NOC code is 33103. I have submitted the NOI. But today when looking at it closer. I felt it looks more closer to 31120. What should I do. Get a new experience letter and raise web form?
When does the 6-month validity period of a nomination start? Is it the day you receive the notification in your IRCC profile, or the day you accept it?
