This means they have requested additional documents. Please check your application and provide the additional documents they have requested if any.

But in front of file number there is a green check. Even if I go into the application by selecting the file number. I don’t see any options to upload or any document they have asked for.

Oh is it. Please double check your application and check if you are failed to provide any information?

I can not think of anything else. There are people here, who got the additional document request, let them reply if this was their case.

or Please contact OINP and ask them what's the case.

I got NOI today from onip, my NOC is 31110 and I’m a dentist. Kindly someone guide me how to apply through Ontario website and what documents are required.

I was applying through a consultant and now what’s to move forward by my own and will transfer my profile from representative to my Gckey account.
