I think you only get your money back if they haven't started reviewing your application yet, i.e. in submitted stage.

I have not received mine yet, I don't have any idea about how that works. It says the invitations are submitted between today and tomorrow

Mine is still in the submitted stage.

I'll have to make a decision in about the next 24hrs when I receive the ITA whether to withdraw or not.

Till submitted phase you will get refund of 1500 cad once assessment start you willnot get any refund
And this nomination will give ultimately ITA from IRCC if you recived ITA in your hand than you can withdraw and once you withdraw from pnp it will take 24 hr
