This is best way to help people rather then getting worried about mine OINP application. It keeps me busy and motivated. You should keep it up too for helping others.

1. Is there any duration for how long should I keep the money (Proof of Fund) in my account before submitting application to OINP? Though their guideline doesn't mention any such thing, but I saw many people saying 3 or 6 months. Just wanted to reconfirm.
2. I have gift deed from my father which was issued on 12th June, the date when he provided me the cheque. The fund credited to my account on 15th June. So it's not 3 months matured fund. Would it create a problem if I submit file before 3 months of fund maturity?

As long as you have any proof of unusual big transactions in you account (in your case gift deed) you are good to go. Submit your application at your earliest with 6 months recent bank account statement.
