Yes chances are good but you should have received NOI yesterday. Maybe you get NOI by next week.

Thanks Bill, my score before 6th-June was 396, my wife's brother is Canadian in Quebec so I gained 15 points and my CRS became 411, I did withdraw for old application and get new code from "come to Canada" tool then created new EE profile at 11th-June, this is my story , any comment?

Does passport stamp work or I have to wait for my brother's PR card to get 15 points ? As PR card takes apx 1-2 months.

What I know is that your brother must hold a PR status (let's say card) and he must be physically established (have a Canadian address, may also be asked by CIC later on to provide bank statement stating address and transactions) in Canada.

It is my knowledge that Stamp may not work but I am not sure. Maybe you can ask from CIC directly to clear this issue.

What I know is that your brother must hold a PR status (let's say card) and he must be physically established (have a Canadian address, may also be asked by CIC later on to provide bank statement stating address and transactions) in Canada.

It is my knowledge that Stamp may not work but I am not sure. Maybe you can ask from CIC directly to clear this issue.

Okay.. I will confirm this with CIC. And My brother resides in Toronto since 2014 and holding bank account with good credit. I assume CIC should consider his passport stamp and I can provide explanation by attaching letter in my file. But still have to have word of confirmation from CIC.

I got nomination from OINP this week so my current CRS score is 1004 now.

But my wife’s IELTS expires on 11th July, 2017. So if we update her recent IETLS score our CRS score will be 1002.

So when should I update this IELTS result in express entry profile? Before the next draw or after the draw?

Please help me on this matter…

Sorry but no data available for this. However, if you get NOI for 3216 then you will be probably the first one to apply under this NOC this year.

Timeline cannot be estimated as it may be delayed due to only one or else be dealt under fast track.

Last time it took 2-3 days but after that suddenly applications were processed fast.

No offence but I wish they stop new applications till Monday and process all pending DIP applications first as they did last time.

Good to know that and I believe if the lag cases get processed the newer ones could get in faster
