Hi @BillHyatt sorry for bugging you, one more question, will OINP refuse my application if slots for NOC 6221 in coming days be filled?

If so, what will be the next appropriate steps one should take according to your experience?

No they don't reject applications unless reasons defined by OINP.

However, we see delays in such applications as OINP rearrange their NOC quotas to accommodate this and this may mean not sending further NOI for that particular NOC.

If overall Quota fixed by Federal Government is filled then all Nominations are deferred till the next year which is not a case at this moment.

My work permit expiring on Aug 17th And I got OINP Interest letter today.
I heard that if OINP not able to make the decision before 17th Aug then my OINP application will be cancelled as I wouldn't be having legal status in Canada.

I am having some complications thinking about my application.

I entered EE Pool with 410 points. CLB9 IELTS. I am single right now.

I got NOI from Ontario on 12 May, 2017.


I plan to get married on July 15, 2017.

My confusion is that if I apply for OINP at the start of July. And during OINP processing I get married. How will they take it?

If I make my wife to take IELTS and somehow she gets to manage CLB9. My point with wife accompanying me become 404.

Would they approve PNP for both of us if I inform them on time? Please guide me I am worried about this complex situation.

6221 has few more available slots and this is the reason for delayed Nomination. You should expect to receive one at the end of this month.

People of some NOC are waiting since Mid May so don't worry you are not alone.

And what exact document require to assure 15 points allocated to siblings in Canada , my brother has Ip2 status in express entry ?

Landing: I don't understand the question but you need CoPR and Visa Stamp (if applicable) before landing to Ontario. Nomination will only add 600 points to your EE Profile.

For sibling points your brother needs to have a PR and currently settled in Canada.

1111 is not filled but has low quota left. I will just post the status of key NOC's in a minute. I have also contacted OINP regarding this issue but no positive response. They just said we are just working on the system to speed up things. Their Captcha page is again having technical problems so I guess they may need to update system again by next week.

Does passport stamp work or I have to wait for my brother's PR card to get 15 points ? As PR card takes apx 1-2 months.

Can anybody guide regarding Birth Certificate? I heard from someone that School Certificate can be attached (does this include O'Levels Certificate) instead of BC and explain that it was lost.

Hello, Incase of loss of birth certificate, enquire the government authorities of your city to check if they can provide a notarized certificate. I believe school certificate can't be included as a proof of your birth.
