Hey definitely no aor for feb I though I saw some were sent back as rejected I.e. Missing passport pages or something along those lines and they won't let you resubmit anymore which is a great concern, was more wondering if anyone had theirs returned from the march group, aor is going quick atm most of jan is done so hopefully we will see some September/October. Jan had biggest group I believe so feb should be quicker howpfully then our turn.

I went through the last few pages of the Feb group and I did read that someone on WhatsApp group had reported that their application was returned. I am not sure maybe Feb 12th applicant.

It is good to stick to the applicants who are listed in the forum. there is no authenticity of the whatsapp messages posted here.
The trend is that, they return the application as soon as they start sending AOR for that month. e.g December applicants got applications returned when they started giving AOR. same is with January applicants. So I think they would return the applications only after 31st January applicant receives AOR. They have already checked all the applications for completeness but they start taking action only when their turn comes.
so the whatsapp message is not trustworthy, and as MZASAM said there is no application reported returned in February group.

Moreover, no returned application is always better than one returned...
But its hard not to speculate and assume things while waiting. the brain automatically goes in that direction.

Very true. One return application will make sure no other app is returned. But than we don't wish anyone gets a return app, because they don't give chance to resubmit. ( they do send personal reply like accepted and reviewed which means it wont be returned now)
further, what happened to Dec app. may not be true for March. They are diligently trying to improve on processing time. May be February and march people dont have to send new DD and they get AOR before 6 months. A single good change can change all our speculations.

Guys I have a question.
Regarding proof of funds, I have shown money in my wife's account in the form of FD's. Bank issued a balance confirmation certificate stating all the FD's in her name and the corresponding amount in INR. However today I noticed that one particular FD mentioned in the certificate is not owned by my wife. Bank has mentioned it by mistake. I brought this to the notice of the bank. (It was a Sarkari (Government) Bank.. Do I need to say more?) They issued her a new certificate a week ago and mentioned in the certificate that previous letter issued to the customer in March (they mentioned the specific date on which it was issued) had erroneously mentioned FD No. XXXXX. Kindly read it as ZZZZZ.
Shall I send this new letter to OINP along with a letter of explanation to explain my situation? Please advice guys.

you must have sent copy of FD receipt's with the application package. So the number will not correspond to the letter, hence you must send this letter with you own explanation letter describing the error made by the bank and than corrected it.

Suggestion
Wait for your AOR then do the following
Firstly you can ask for another letter from bank with correct FD numbers and amount as of today's date.
write a letter of explaination (state I am sending the updated funds because the banks have made an error in the original and I attach their confirmation)
Attach: FD copies and bank;s correction letter ( the one they have given you now)
you shall be fine.
