i'm a Mar 7 applicant. CEC Inland, AOR pending, work permit expiring mid november.

Id suggest calling them and asking for an explanation I believe if you ask and they can't provide a genuine reason then they may over turn and let you resumbit but awful news for you. They must be looking at March applications now if they are sending them back hope no one else gets the bad news (including me).

They have sadly returned One application of March, which means they have reviewed all the March applications. There is some movement. They generally return the applications which are incomplete in the beginning. No more applications returned this week will mean all other applications are reviewed and accepted.

Yes you are right, they return in the beginning in July they were returning Feb applications so AOR would follow next month. I was expecting March applicants files return (if any God Forbid) to be in August but they seem to have opened a few I guess. Lets give a couple of weeks for March applicants then will be a bit in more happier position than today

OINP is highly unpredictable. What is the workflow, priority, whats the order of processing. We don' know. For sure it's not first in first out.
A clerk with ton's of files is more efficient in disbursing the files. (Manually)

Lot has been said and discussed. I was informed by my friend's who are CAN citizens, that they faced negligible delays in the past.

MZASAM, they are fooling us by saying they have a backlog. ( how can they review all application upto March, which involves keeping all applications open)
They are almost ready with nominations up to December applicants ( files have moved to second phase). March applications have been completed for AOR. The pause is due to some internal policies and conflicts among themselves.

I still hope they will give nominations by November.

I'm on a risk of application package returning.

I just remember I didn't put a "N/A" to the spouse work experience on the form.

Best of luck: It's hope alone which is keeping us in good spirits. Unless we see actions, AOR's NOM's we can't trust.

Well, I can't afford to show PoF for Australia in near future. ECA I can manage. Let's remain optimistic and hopeful.

Just don't worry. It's not under your control, as the application reached OINP. Most of us have filled / not filled / missed N/A. Let's be hopeful.

Strange; in the form at some places it does not allow to write N/A. Not our mistake
