Time spent as a refugee claimant (waiting for refugee status) does not count even if you had a work permit or study permit during that time. You would begin to count your time as a Permanent Resident based on the date listed on your COPR at the Became a P.R. on section. I hope this helps.
Yes, I know the dates. I previously stayed for more than 183 days in India during COVID-19. Now I am going to visit for 2 months. That means I can get the PCC from India while I am there. right?
I do not have any other countries to submit PCC from.
