Is it normal to not receive the test instructions letter till a day before the test start date? Or should I be worried and reach out to customer service?

Update:
Nov. 23 - Ghost Update on tracker and shortly after got an email with subject line 'Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application' with steps to register for tracker account. Although i already created tracker account few days after AOR email.

2nd Ghost Update: Dec.1 Background Verification Completed. All others in Progress.
