I have been trying it since January 7th, not working. seems someone forgot to add their application number to the database

I have a kid and has got the tracker.

Not sure what you have to do. If I were you I would contact them.

Please how do i contact them. What is the best way?

I'm an online applicant waiting for AOR too. Submitted October 23, 2021.

Yeah, I called IRCC and got my application number.
Based on information from other threads, this is more likely a system glitch since the same situation happened to others as well.

I submitted my online application Oct 29, 2021 today I received an email indicating Missing information or documents. When I sign into my account it’s indicates that they were unable to confirm my time out of Canada before my PR. That would be April 2017 thru Oct 2018 while I was under visitor status awaiting PR submitted Inland. I’m from the US ( VISA exempt) all of the dates on my physical presence calculator file are correct. I can’t figure out what they want anyone have any idea? Temporary status 273.5 days credit, total physical presence 1105 days

I am sorry to hear your case. It is certainly very frustrating to hear such note after waiting for so long for AOR. I tried to understand your concern but I feel I would need more information to be able to suggest/ speculate anything of your case. If you wish share that through DM. I will try my best to suggest

I got another reminder email today to follow the progress of my application with citizenship application tracker.

I also received this reminder on 18th Jan exactly 1 week ago around the same time. ~1pm.

Has anyone else received more than 1 reminder email? Even after you have created an account?

Yup same 2 reminders and same dates. I think our timelines are in sync.

Even though you sent your online application or paper application in sometime Oct or Nov 2021, they opened your file on 05 Jan 2022 and logged all details into the data base and cross verified whether all documents are good enough and finally sent you AOR on 19 Jan 2022.

Mostly, June applicants are getting Test Invite, and also a few early July applicants are also getting invites.. (as per the tracking sheet)

How can i get access to the tracking sheet?
