Hi ECAS stands for Electronic Client Application System used for tracking the status of an application once filed with IRCC.

I tried that and it says they cant find me based on the information provided. My AOR is January 12.

Hi all asked this in another thread but thought I would post here as well (in case anyone has had the same experience).

My friend applied in July 2021 and got her AOR in September 2021. Yesterday she found out she has been promoted @ work from 'Junior' to 'Senior' lawyer. She is working at the same law firm as stated on her application. Does she have to provide an update to IRCC?

It seems none of October applications have moved from in progress statuses! Hope we get some updates by end of January.

It will take a few months, I don't expect any movement towards Test Invite before April. If you look at the spreadsheet tracker, July applications have recently started receiving Test invites.

No news since we last talked - I still haven't received an AOR and my application was delivered back on Oct 8

I'm thinking, maybe it's because I used regular mail and not a courier? Might that cause a delay? Any suggestions on what to do other than submitting a new application?

It all looks like my application has just been lost after it had been delivered..

Agree, I'm not expecting to hear anything till perhaps March.

Unless they return it, they are still working on it.... Why re-apply? I suggest wait until they respond. You must have tracked it (based on delivery date), which means the package was accepted by the receiving clerk.... so perhaps, give it some more time?

Even @TasmanianTiger's is in process since Oct 29, 2021 as per excel sheet! Average seems to be 60-75 days for test invite...but the data points are few to be conclusive.

I don’t know what to suggest. In your case, I would just wait if your application was delivered.
See, I was stupid enough not to track mine so I was thinking to give them another week or so and then call them just to find out if the application has been delivered at all. Of course if they can answer this.
