The first time I called the agent told me it has been accepted. But the subsequent times they all just said they can see my request on the file but the decision of the local visa office is not known to them, however, both agents in both times said since my file is moving fast it seems it has been accepted.
Have you asked them if they can see your request on the file?

I did. The agent said that he does not see it. Though i sent it with the application and then a webform TWICE.

Can somebody suggest about the progress of my file? I haven't heard anything after the citizenship test.

My file details are as below:
File type : Family of 5
total number of days : 1120
Application sent : 06-oct-2020
application received : 14-Oct-2020
AOR - 26-Jan-2021
background completed : 26-Mar-2021
test invite - 27 -Apr-2021
Test completed for Myself - 01-May-2021, Last updated - 04-May-2021
Test completed for my wife - 07-May-2021, Last updated - 10-May-2021
Status for kids is also same except they don't need the test.
Language, Prohibitions and physical presence are still in progress.
citizenship ceremony - not started
location - Saskatoon (Saskatchewan)

Neither got any info for interview nor any decision made.

Please suggest if I should call anywhere or email.

I don't think they reply. If the email is correct, an automated response is triggered which will say to call the contact center after 3 days to find out response.
