I got AOR but still cannot use that information to check status online. Anyone has the same problem ? Tried all different ways to enter my name and UCI number and DOB, but it keeps saying We were not able to identify you using the information you provided

I had similar issue. My wife received AOR but I did not. However, I could see my status online but my wife's status was not showing up. After a week, I finally can check her status online. However, I never received email from them containing AOR.

Not in all cases. I didn't receive any AOR email but my status changed online on ECAS an it shows that my application was received on Oct. 7 (sent Oct 5).

The IRCC agent - on a phone call - also confirmed the status of my application and gave me the application No.

Check your application status on ECAS using your UCI

I just checked the status online and the application is recieved. Thanks a lot for this suggestion.
Can you share the number on which you had contacted the IRCC agent?
