My wife's application tracker showed a ghost update on the 4th of August. She finished her test 12 months ago.

I applied 20 Oct 20, test completed 18 March 22 and I got email Scarborough office In-personal interview 23 Aug 2022. Yesterday one of my friend has same interview. He did oat ceremony same time and citizenship paper too.. Did any one heard same process?

Order GCMS notes to start. If, after about a month and a half, you don't receive them and/or you see no movement, contact your MP.

My Journey with IRCC comes to an end as I received my certificate and got my passport application done in less than 2 weeks.
Super easy process for Passport , It took me less than an hour wait for walk-in application ( I think I was lucky as one of the staffs put me in urgent processing line ). Passport received within 10 days.

You have two options
1. Either call IRCC helpdesk, they can confirm.
2. Order GCMS ( which is lengthy process as it takes a month or more to receive GCMS notes )
Also, As soon as they receive fingers, they update the Citizenship tracker.
