We got our test/interview date yesterday February 22. It is for March 10th in Scarborough. However we are out of the country till the end of March so I requested a postponement till April. I have not heard back yet. I will let you know how it goes. I didn't think it would come this quick.

Let us know how it goes ? and what date do you get after postponing first time ?

Appreciate your advice JuCW! Called up IRCC this morning and they've confirmed that my fingerprints have been received and criminality check has been passed. The agent also told me that the next correspondence will be about the Citizenship Test Date and to wait for that.

Hi Harshad, when did you receive your AOR? I just wanted to know how long of a wait it is from the time of AOR and to receive the test date.

Great! He told me the same. And I was like “yay! If he is saying this, the invite is coming in a couple of days!” It’s been almost a week, though.

Our timelines are very similar, I'm sure we'll get our dates soon. Maybe not as soon as the non-fingerprint applicants. I have a feeling we'll get the next correspondence in about 14 days. Around the end of the 1st or 2nd week of March.

We're both in the same boat and patience is our rudder, haha.

Hi Guys, I have a question, last year in November my reassessment was done by CRA and there was tax notice sent to me. For some reason, I didn't get it and now there was another notice sent this month which I received. It mentioned that I have to pay an outstanding tax ? I am gonna pay that this month but if that is delayed, does it impact my citizenship application in any way.

My status in ecas at the moment is IN PROCESS since January

I think this really depends on the location and the application itself. Some offices are just slower than the others. Keep an eye on your local office.

I think they are referring to things such as passports, PR card, etc. - not the form you submitted.
