Can some please guide on US FBI clearance certification process within Canada? Has anyone used option #1 recently and what did you choose to get results? via a secure link or usps mail?
Option#1: Submit request on https://www.edo.cjis.gov. and Pay online >> Get FingerPrints done >> Mail FingerPrints, e-mail confirmation etc. to FBI CJIS Division in USA >> get Results
Option#2: Complete the form manually > Get FingerPrints done >> Mail FingerPrints, payment form etc to FBI CJIS Division in USA >> Get Results

Hey! This my experience within the US. Just putting it out there if it helps. So used option 1 and sent my fingerprints via mail. My timeline was the following:
July 11th: Submitted the request and and the payment at https://www.edo.cjis.gov
July 22nd: Submitted my fingerprints via mail.
July 26th: Received the Identity History Summary Response via secure link from Criminal Justice Information Services which I submitted for my PR application.

I know spouse's foreign work exp. does not provide any points, I said 'yes' on profile as was not comfortable saying 'No'
Spouse has work exp letter but does not have mention of salary, # of hours worked and FTE mention. Other details are there though. I am thinking to provide her payslips. I will be mentioning employment info under personal history anyway. Will that be okay? or her Exp. letter must include all required details (like primary applicant's work exp. letter)?
