I called IRCC and the agent told my eligibility has been met. Only security and final decision is left. My file is at Ottawa VO. How many months can it take for PPR now according to your experience?

Also ,What can be the reasons for delay if only this stage is left?

Most application are processed within 6 months or less. the security on an average takes 3-10 months, unless you are in enhanced security screening.

My concern is the status bar which shows 22% of application completed ,4 months remaining. What does 22% signify? What stage is my application at?

I've very similar case of submission (ITA - 2nd oct, AOR - 22nd Oct etc). Let me know how your timeline is progressing.
