Yesterday at 22:00 (Nov13th) got an email from IRCC about COPR, my application is still not updated, no messages (got a ghost update couple of days ago).
1. Could you please advise, will my account be updated later on ?
2. Also, how long it takes for COPR to be stamped (have to move to other province in 15 days), don't know what address to give ?
3. They asked to fill up Annex 1, however, there is no actual file attached to the email, it is just inside the email, is it normal or I should get same Annex 1 in my account later on ?

1. The status will not change until Visa is stamped for outland applicants. But I'm not sure how it is for inland cases, like yours
