I received AOR on Oct 09. I uploaded full medical report with the e-medical tracking sheet as people from medical center provided me that just after submitting online by themselves. Is it fine to upload the complete medical report?

My medical status still says "
You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."

Your feedback will be greatly appreciated.
