Everything seems stalled. I thought we would have gotten the test invite by now. I am sure it is because of the holidays but I hope things start moving again.

on e cas the status is still in process although on clicking the link it says they sent me a test invite on Jan 5th for writing the citizenship test on Jan 26 th.

Status remains the same ...after the test is done status will change

Why is there such a big variance in processing times even for standard applications? Even within the same geographical area? Does it depend on the country of birth? Or the workload of the employee who processes the application?
