It seems that applications made in FRENCH are not receiving AOR yet

Yes people who applied in French are receiving AOR same as English ones.

My application was delivered on October 13, 2017. Still have not recieved AOR . Is it normal or I should worry about it. The excel file is indicating even people who's application is delivered by October 20 has started to receive AOR!!! I am really nervous cause of this

You can call CIC and talk to the agent. I would do so if I was in your situation. It's been 4 weeks already your application was received so you should inquire.

No need for that. There are still a lot of people that has not gotten AOR and they all submitted on or before Oct 13

I just spoke with one of the representative. I had to wait 50 minutes for that. My account still has the address and phone number during the time of applying for PR.

However she gave me some info and that is according to their system as of now they are working on application delivered on October 10, 2017. She also said you should receive AOR between 4-6 weeks. As you delivered application on 13th, you should receive AOR in a week or so.

Let's hope for the best.

So I believe now CIC deployed some extra people to work on 3/5 applications to reduce overloading of application and for training purposes. Those who recieved AOR are the luckiest ones as their application was reviewed.

What they said is completely nonsense. They are working on applications delivered after that.
