I heard that people the applications that were sent in french are not in the same batch as the apps that were sent in english ... Did anyone who sent their application in french received AOR ?

Good question. I would think it's home address. If it was by Mailing address then it could be easily abused. For instance, I could be residing in Ontario, but my mailing address could be in Alberta (some relative). Alberta has much faster processing than Ontario.

They have not returned the application yet......that gives me hope.

Why would using a mailing address of another province (that seems to have faster processing times) constitute an "abuse"? If a province is more efficient, they should be the first to move more application that way. Even as far as the oath is concerned, I wouldn't mind taking a plane and go wherever rather than waiting months and months.

They are probably closed today. 11th November was Remembrance Day, they may be observing it today.

Delivered on October 13.

It was delivered at Citizenship Centre on Oct 16,2017. I do not know when will I receive my AOR for my Citizenship application.
