I am working on my citizenship application. wondering if I can use my bachelors degree from Pakistan as an English language proof? I the guide it is mentioned that Canadian diploma or abroad education can be used. Please advise if I need to do IELTS or can use my degree from Pakistan as a language proof.

Yes you can, attach photocopy of degree certificate or photocopy of official transcript.

I just got mine delivered by Purlator (sent it yesterday) and signed by Ryan

Haha not only was it okay to sent to the PO box, I even got a signature (T. Allen)

Same person signed for mine, they probably took it to the correct address as POBoxes are not monitored. They know many people make this mistake and just take it to the correct address.
