That's not entirely true. Xpresspost is sent to the courier address if signature is requested, otherwise it goes to PO box. I sent an Xpresspost for my PR application a few years ago to PO Box and it was fine.

Yes, same with me. Express Post with Signature. Received by Allen few hours before sent to PO address/. Found that for the postcode B1P 6V6 there is only one address and its just the CIC post box for adult citizenship grants. So if you put the post code correctly it cannot go elsewhere.

The lady working there insisted I send to Box although it was with tracking and signature. I sent it to courier when I renewed my PR. But I always forget
