I applied for my OCI at Ottawa, can i change the delivery address to Brampton ? As I am planning to travel this month and won’t be available to receive at Ottawa address

You can give it a try but mostly they won't help. Better would be to contact Purolator and check if they provide redirection service.

And connect to the courier agent and inform the case. As they have the option to send the message to BLS OTTAWA, and they will update the address.

I submitted OCI application (Postal application) to BLS surrey center. They received it on Feb 21st. I see the below update from then

Your OCI application has received at our BLS Surrey Center on 21-02-2025. Please allow 4-5 business days for processing it to IHC/CGI. Please note that this is an auto-generated mail & does not indicate that your application has processed to Indian High commission or Consulate general of India. Please allow 4-5 business days for processing your application to Indian High commission or Consulate general of India. Once your application processed in our BLS center, you will be notified through email service with a unique BLS reference number. The unique number can be use for tracking purpose on BLS website.

No updates after that. I called to BLS customer service twice. They raised a ticket to get the status update.

But no luck at all. Anybody in the same situation? Any Suggestions?

Any idea on how long does it take or the next steps.

Yes but there is a very narrow window available between that and they sending it via courier. So you need to hurry up.

Hi, I am under the same page, not sure when my voter ID will be deleted from Form7. I had applied OCI on Jan8th received Acknowledgment on Jan9th. My father reached out to BLO officer for twice, they are keep on saying it will take some time to get deleted from online so no idea whether OCI will be paused based on this Voter Id: status? Current OCI status still under process

This is current voter Id status: Submitted -->on 25-12-2024 BLO Assigned -->20-01-2025 Field Verification Done-05-02-2025 awaiting for final status

Finally, My voter status has been changed to accepted. It was deleted successfully online and voter id removed from database.

No updates on my OCI application . Submitted on Jan9th(Location:Ottawa) it’s been close to 2 months since then no updates I think ottawa high commission is sleeping. Toronto location has much faster than any other location in Canada. Any one from Ottawa location. Please provide your status here.

I have been asked to wait for 48 hours everytime I call them. But I didn't receive any update. And my application is not processed yet.

Today I emailed to cccanada@blsinternational.net about the issue. And also I raised Level 2 Escalation ticket today. I have to wait and see.

I live in calgary. But meanwhile Any suggestions or ideas on how to proceed further?
