For Applications Submitted (walkin) at Toronto BLS you can see my timeline above. They say 2 months but mostly its done in 4-5 weeks.
What is important is when the application is reached to consulate and acknowledgement date.

My status finally changed to "Passport Ready for Dispatch after OCI Stamping" on the BLS site. I can see the courier tracking number at the bottom.

My timeline is same as yours. Status says "Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping ". My wife's application with same timeline says "Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping ".
We paid for delivery, not sure why it says ready for collection. Confused...

Has anyone posted an up to date instruction guide for OCI recently with steps? Or are the instructions on BLS fairly straightforward and clear to follow and I should just stick to that

Expected timeline based on which jurisdiction the application was applied to:
Toronto - 3-5 weeks
Vancouver - 6-8 weeks
Ottawa - 12-14 weeks

Both the OCI cards are already at BLS Office's. You will see a tracking number updated on the comment section, a 12 digit number, if it updated go the Purolator tracking and track it.
