Yes take it.. just follow the escalation matrix on their website.. somebody earlier was able to get it back for the extra amounts he was charged in bls office..

they returned my daughter's OCI postal application demanding my wife's valid canada status (study permit/work permit/pr card) .. i was not sure if this is required ?

Hello all, could someone please answer this? I am a bit anxious waiting for my OCI card as I have to leave for India as soon as possible.

I wonder if BLS allows me to pick my OCI card myself from their Toronto office (rather than receiving it through mail). Does anyone here knows this?

My card has been dispatched from New Delhi (as of Feb 6).

Once it arrives in Toronto, can I walk-in to BLS Toronto to get the card myself? If yes, do I need an appointment for this?

Anyone here knows the process? Thanks a lot for your help.

The pick usually is between 3:00 to 4:30pm between Mon-Fri. No appointment is required, but you have to queue up early because BLS will not accept anyone after 4:30
Now the other question of yours about whether its possible or not from Toronto BLS location I am not sure.. Maybe others can chime in

We applied at Brampton. These emails might be relevant for both centers in in Toronto

they need payment receipt and original ID(e.g. drivers license)
