Have the timelines extended in recent days for issuing ack?

Hello,

I have mostly the same timelines. I sent it through Purolator, received at BLS Brampton on 25th Oct, BLS acknowledged on 30th Oct, status "Processing at Consulate General" on Nov 7th 2023 and still no updates. No record found on OCI status enquiry. It looks like the timelines are extended. Lets hope we get updates soon. All the best!

Guys. submitted application by walkin for oci on 6-Nov but still not able to see any status on oci website.. bls website says same processing by consulate.. what should we do?
And is this normal?

Early next week it should get acknowledged. It's a waiting game, not much can be done.

Does anyone have any advice on how to contact BLS Brampton to convert OCI courier that i already paid for to pick from their office today ? I have a flight early morning tomorrow and would like to get the OCI in hand before i go.. status on BLS website is (counter delivery to BLS after OCI stamping - since yesterday morning) please could anyone help share expreience and advise how to go about this . Should i just walk into BLS (do they entertain such a request? ) or call them ? (Im trying since morning and call is not connecting)

Next weekend should have updated on oci website
