It shows In transit from Consulate office to BLS Center

How much time does it take to change to that status? I have flights on 6th Nov Monday

Status will normally change in day or two. But BLS tracking is unreliable. I would think tomorrow or day after to be good options to try pickup even if status not updated.

Sep 23 you submitted how come you got acknowledgement on Sep 12? I think it is Oct 12
Whats your status on the OCI website apart from Acknowledgement ?
Is it Ottawa or Vancouver or Toronto jurisdiction

Go to Consulate tomorrow with ticket copy and any other proof for the reason for urgency to request in-person collection of OCI tomorrow itself from Consulate. Today is Wednesday and open house day (don't know the time). You can even try today.
