One business day.

Applied on Oct 26th, Oct 27th granted but not printed, Oct 30th processed and printed and then two business days to receive by mail.

I just received OCI Processed in my application. I need to ask that I opted for Pick Up at BLS. So Can I go now and collect my OCI documents?

Track the status on BLS website. It should say "Ready for Collection". Only after that you can go to BLS and collect. Collection time is 3:00 - 4:30 pm Mon-Fri (appointment not required)

How much time does it take to change to that status? I have flights on 6th Nov Monday

What is the status on BLS? I am assuming if OCI status changed today then BLS should get the OCI later in the evening today or tomorrow. You can attempt going today and tomorrow both if not too far and travel is urgent. Though tomorrow it is a better bet in case scheduled pickup from Consulate to BLS is in the afternoon.

Your case is urgent. Try today and tomorrow both. Take a copy of your flight tickets + id proof + OCI BLS receipt. Be really nice and keep requesting once there. Under no circumstances get angry or fight. Just keep pleading to their better sense. All the best.
