Since no appointments are available in Brampton for the foreseeable future, going to be walking in.
Any recommendations on what's a good time to get there? I'm hearing horror stories of people lining up since 5 or 6 AM. Please suggest good days of the week and time slots. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for your response. Another question, while my Indian Passport is duly canceled and has the stamp on it, my wife's isn't. Is this going to pose a problem? Will they ask me to apply for the renunciation separately before OCI can be applied for? My wife acquired Canadian Citizenship in 2010 and I believe renunciation rules were revised in July of 2010.

I did a search after posting this question and am getting mixed signals on whether OCI and Passport Renunciation can both be applied for at the same time or need to be done separately. Any idea?

Thank you Rajesh... I edited my question about and added that my wife acquired Canadian Citizenship in 2010 and I believe renunciation rules were revised in July of 2010. Would this make a difference?
