Its bit off-topic tho, but have you confirmed with Etihad that they will let you transit to Delhi? I was checking India's AirBubble rules and they are confusing!

No you don't need from transit country when going to India. You only need it while coming back to Canada.

I've been using it and it appears to be pretty good.

Key in your passport, Vaccination status, Departure airport, connecting airport and destination airport and you'll be shown the general restrictions that apply to you.

Also, can I go to BLS Brampton and pick OCI ?

@rajkamalmohanram - Do we need an appointment to go and collect OCI or can we go and collect it at BLS centre.

I am currently filling up the online application for OCI. It is asking to upload Canadian Passport and Indian passport.
1. Do I have to upload the entire passport or just the photo pages? Limit is only 1000 KB any software to compress?
2. I am planning to upload the passport documents and employment letter. Are there any other documents to upload apart from these?

Have a question for minor’s surrender certificate. Do we need to create a login profile in passportindia.gov for the minor as well?

AFAIK, you can walk-in to collect.

For us it took one week from the date of processed to actual delivery. If you are in GTA it will not make much difference either you collect or its dispatched. It will be almost same time. I will advice you to not book ticket until and unless you have the OCI booklet in your hand. Else keep some buffer time.

It's more than 3 weeks for our application and still no update on OCI website. BLS status is processing at consular but no record on OCI.
