You can fill form 7 for anybody. When you try to fill form 7, it will ask you if it is for yourself or someone else. Click someone else and provide the relevant EPIC number to be cancelled.

Please note, there is no provision to upload any documents while submitting form 7. My first form 7 application was rejected stating that no documents were provided. I filled form 7 again and once I received acknowledgement number, I created a complaint/support ticket to specify that I want to remove my name but form7 doesn't have provision to upload files, I am attaching my surrender certificate to the support ticket along with the acknowledgement of form 7.

It worked out and my name was removed from electoral list successfully.

I created my account as Indian Overseas using email address only. After successful sign in, I tried to add EPIC under Profile and It is giving me an error "Mobile Number is not available in E-roll".

Since I am not able to link EPIC, I clicked on Forms and selected Form 7 Overseas. I can see Deletion For Self Radio Button is selected and other & objection to incusion is greyed out. I tried to search for self but It is not giving me any search.

Can you please provide steps to submit Form 7 as I tried so many different step but none of them is working. ?

If mobile number is not linked, you can fill form 8 and update mobile number, change is instantaneous. Once mobile number is linked, you might be able to link EPIC and proceed with form 7

I did updated the mobile number. When I search my EPIC, It is showing the mobile number. But when I tried to add the EPIC under Profile, It is still giving the error mobile number is not available in e-roll.

Do I have to update the mobile under profile before linking EPIC?

We recently finished our oath ceremony and want to apply for surrender certificate and oci for my child. I see that they want address proof of both parents. We are currently living with my cousin. I have a photo id with my cousin's address but my husband's license expired and his passport has the old rental address we were living in.
We are planning to head back to India in a month , so we dont have enough time for him to apply and get his license renewd.
I wanted to check if anyone has applied OCI for minor with just one parent's address proof and it that worked by any chance.

I had the same problem, after downloading my voter Id online, I could see my last name was incorrect. So I updated using Form 6 and after approval, I did my Form 7.

P.S The login profile information and Voter Id information should match exactly to add your EPIC to your profile.

Does it matter if Profile First Name & Last Name is in Capital Letters. Also, Do we really have to add the Mobile No before linking the EPIC? Thanks!

Did not encounter this, but looking at BLS and their attitude, they would probably not accept it. That is just my guess !
