I just want to know anyone has a oci application for Brampton location timeline?

I submitted my postal application @ April 22.
Acknowledged @ May 6
Status shows- process

Any one has a similar timeline?

Hi, my OCI application status changed today to "passport ready for collection after oci stamping". I submitted my application as walk in and my passport is with me.
Can someone help me understand if this means my OCI card is ready for collection?

Yes it's ready for collection if you have not opted for courier.

The usual movement timeline is (3 weeks + 3-4 days) from date of acknowledgment. for most people this holds true.

Thanks a lot, and for checklist, only minor's signature/impression or both parents as well. Also I believe only first page is required to send not the information pages below. Please confirm.

only the first page has to be signed/submitted, remaining are only info/instruction pages.
who signs on checklist - 90% i think it is minor sign/TI but I AM NOT CONFIDENT ABT THIS (i don't remember what i had done).

no!! Toronto received date that was showing earier is also blank now.
but my Mississauga application is showing as printing status - processed, on 28May (DOA was 03May).
what about you?

around 20 days from date you submit application in person at BLS.
These days I have heard its quicker to get updates, so 20 days is a ball park

Oci website just now updated to "under process". Date of acknowledgement 29-may-2024

on BLS tracker website online. I think it passed the initial screening at BLS and they've accepted the documents.

This is a good development indeed. Lets wait for OCI website https://ociservices.gov.in/statusEnqury to reflect acknowledgement(it takes a few days to reflect, so it wont show anything right now)
