One more question from me. In the list of 38 occupations is written that two of them are
0111 Financial managers
1111 Financial Auditors and Accountants
Does this mean that if my occupation is one of the following in the links I am qualified?
In other words....is it true that it is not necessary for my occupational position to be exactly Financial manager or Financial Auditor or Accountant, but it can be any of the on in the link, income tax adviser for example?
Well, first, I'd suggest you not to rush these things... do not turn it into an emergency...
As for your question: it's not really about the job title, it's about the "lead description" (the first paragraph on the NOC), and the list of "main duties".
What you have to do is figure out whether what you do in your current occupation matches the "lead description" and the list of "main duties."
That said, if your current job title is in the list of "example of job titles", that's a good start.
Remember that you should be able to prove (contract, letter from employer, appraisals from clients, membership in professional associations, etc.) that you do what you say you do.
I agree. Your employer can name your position whatever they want to and not necessarily something that is in the NOC but if your job duties fit with 0111 or 1111, then that is what you are. Pick the one that fits you better. The NOC even explains it in their tutorial that they can't possibly think of every job title and that you should look more at the duties than the title.

i'm a cost accountatnt in one of the Egyptian public sector's firms (electricity distribution co, of Alexandria)
my specific duty is to determine the direc and indirect cost and other expences for the electricial estimations which is performed by the compamy)
If you want to apply as a skilled worker, I suggest you first look at the list of 38 and the descriptions of those jobs and see if there is anything there you might qualify for.
