What does classified elsewhere mean?

Hi,

In NOC list for code 0213 I see classified elsewhere section.
What does this Classified elsewhere denote?

Does that mean the list of codes listed in this section will also be considered under this?

Similiar jobs BUT classified under areas of the NOC with different NOC Code Category,For example Cashier is NOC C Cashier Supervisor is NOC B,Similiar but not the same one is eligibile the other isnt for AEO,Most PNP etc
