go to the website and print it from there along with the cover letter

bring it to any local law enforcement agencies / police station and they can do it for your for a fee, you ,ay have to call to set-up an appointment first though.

You can fix an appointment with the nearest police station and get it done for $10. You will have to check the respective PS website or call to make an appoinment. Usually they do it on specific days. My local PS does it on week days but I checked the neighbouring PS and they do the fingerprinting on sundays.

There will also be agencies near by but they charge a lot.
