Today I received another letter from CIC. It says " It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirement to apply for
the permanent resident status as a Member of the Live-in caregiver class."

Also it says a final decision will not be made until family members pass the medical and background check. They says they will be contacting my family members to request the medical and background check. Now I can understand no more medical check for us.

My family in the philippines received the kit dated june 10 2010..I haven't receive my owp yet...Thank God!!!

Husband just went to nso to get cenomar..it takes 7 days for the release..

As of june 14 cic is still processing application sent november 8...

at least natanggap na ng family mo yung app kit sa Pilipinas. Sabay lumalakad ang panahon para sa inyo. pray. makakatulong yun para marelax ka.

That's the best thing to do...pray...thanks for that...may problem ako..asawa ko name nya s lahat may "jr" s marriage cert wala..anyone knows what to do?should I do something now or wait for cic to ask to do something abt it?..
