I submitted my previous application in August, with an AOR date of the 3rd. However, my application was returned (with a full refund), requesting an updated PCC for my spouse. I was surprised that they didn’t allow me time to submit a new one.

Hi everyone, just updated my signature with my timeline. AOR 22 November, 2024.

Does anyone know if we have to fulfill the eligibility of maintaining proof of funds for last 6 months when we land in Canada for the first time, or just having POF equivalent in bank account enough?

It happed to me also. They returned my application on September 2024 because I only submitted translated marriage certificate but not original one. Do you have any idea do we need to give again biometrics ? I gave biometrics on August 2024.

I'm not too sure about that. I never gave biometrics when I submitted my PR application last time.
