I just received a ghost update on my profile, and I noticed that my temporary UCI number has been updated to a permanent one. Does anyone know what this means or what the next steps could be?

Hi,
Can we create tracker account if we have representative as I read somewhere that creating tracker account will revoke their access?

yes, you can. The access doesn’t get revoked. Since my lawyer gave his email id, he got a verification code email and I asked him for the code so I can access the tracker account.
