I noticed my tracker was updated yesterday, but there hasn’t been any further progress. When I checked an hour ago, it showed the last update was on January 16. However, now it shows it was updated again today, but I still don’t see any further changes.

I thought you have to get/submit BIL first before you can get a tracker account?

How can I upload TCF Canada online PDF results? Should it be uploaded directly from the email without a signature, or should it be printed in color, signed, rescanned, and then uploaded?

Print in color, sign, and re-scan. I received those instructions from Alliance Francaise when I asked them.
Can I ask when was your AOR?

Thanks ! But I read one post in diff thread here , in which applicant’s signed and rescanned tcf result rejected as ircc wants only online original pdf format ! My AOR on 3rd Dec !

hmmm then I am not sure. That's what I did and my AOR was Dec 6th. No ADR yet

Biometrics completed & linked: Dec 27th
No further updates.

That updated date isn't related to your application. It is just system software update date.

only for PA, which is me. Also, I haven’t claimed any points for my spouse.

Background Verification - complete(date unknown - confirmed by IRCC agent when I called this morning)
It still shows not completed in tracker.
Both eligibility and BV not completed in GC key.
