Out of curiosity, is this different from what shows on your tracker? I've seen many people post that they ask client support for the application status and I always wondered if the information is different. My understanding is that client support sees only what you see through the tracker (maybe they can see details of a GU that you cannot for a few days).
My understanding is that Client Support can see some officer notes and also status changes on their side before it reflects in the tracker.
I’ve called them in the past to know the due dates or completed dates of specific sections and they replied that they couldn’t tell me (but they could see it). These dates are part of what you see in GCMS notes.

Nope. They can’t see anything. Because I asked them about GU she said she can’t see it. Please try to email them and fill out a web form. Believe me it will help
My LPP all completed on March 1st but for wife her background and Prohibition are still pending applied Nov 26 2023. Anyone in similar situation, I sent two webforms and received the standard reply that "we are still processing your application"

“We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application to become a Canadian citizen (grant of citizenship) is still in process”.
